Barney Butters Almond Butter is smooth and has a consistency similar to peanut butter. Some people say it is the closest they have had to peanut butter with an Almond Butter. You can eat it right out of the jar and use it in your recipes that call for peanut butter. Also, it does not need to be refrigerated. The one negative I have experienced is that it is hard to find in a grocery store. They are often out of stock. I always buy mine in packs of three on Amazon.
